
For our Client, a global company with a strong and stable market presence, we are currently looking for an RTR Expert / Process Owner to join their finance organization. This is a key role focused on global process standardization, ERP implementation and continuous improvement within an international environment.
RTR Expert / Process Owner
Requirements
- at least 5 years of professional experience in RTR, preferably within global processes,
- strong command of English (C1 level),
- solid knowledge and practical experience with IFRS and GAAP,
- proven track record of ERP implementations or active participation in such projects,
- familiarity with SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics or other ERP systems will be an advantage,
- strong analytical mindset combined with the ability to identify, improve and automate processes.
Responsibilities
- driving the standardization of global RTR processes from the perspective of a process owner,
- participating in global projects focused on process harmonization and digital transformation,
- coordinating and contributing to the implementation of ERP tools and analytical systems in cooperation with finance teams and IT,
- monitoring regulatory and accounting changes (IFRS, GAAP) and supporting their implementation in Group processes,
- preparing process documentation, manuals, instructions and compliance guidelines,
- supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards,
- close collaboration with the transformation and change management team to deliver process excellence.
