PwC Poland’s Business Intelligence & Data team comprises 50 specialists. We help our clients design and implement a strategic and sustainable approach to capitalising on the value of their data and boosting business results. We collaborate with organisations in various industries to develop solutions tailored to their needs. 

Your future role:

  • Working with clients to understand Data Governance, Data Management or Data Quality needs in their organization, including gathering requirements and gaps analysis, user interviewing, documenting processes and process assessment as well as effectively communicating these to various audiences, 
  • Implementing the Data Governance framework (organizational structures and processes) as well as policies and tools, 
  • Executing Data Quality processes (e.g., validation and remediation), 
  • Work on live client projects together with senior team members to develop solutions for process improvements.

Apply, if you have:

  • Interest in topics such as Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, Data Modeling, Master Data Management, Data Mesh or Data Architecture, 
  • Familiarity with data governance principles, processes, and policies is beneficial, and knowledge of any key vendor platforms (Ab Initio, Ataccama, Collibra, Informatica, Purview), is considered an asset,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills (e.g., MS PowerPoint),
  • Fluent written, spoken Polish and English.
