Requirements
- strong command of english, both spoken and written,
- proficiency in ms office tools, especially excel and word,
- ability to prioritize tasks effectively and follow through with execution,
- a hands-on approach in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment,
- stress resilience and confidence in decision-making under pressure,
- excellent communication skills - frequent contact with international clients and project staff.
Responsibilities
- coordinating cross-departmental activities to ensure the timely deployment of specialized staff for projects in Scandinavia,
- overseeing the employment and onboarding process while ensuring smooth execution of international assignments,
- acting as the main point of contact for employees and clients, maintaining professional relationships and resolving operational challenges,
- monitoring project-related costs and ensuring compliance with agreed budgets.
