Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in the fund industry, preferably within Transfer Agency operations, including 1-3 years in a team leadership or management role,
- fluency in English, both written and spoken,
- strong team collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions,
- client-oriented mindset with a solid understanding of client expectations and service standards,
- proven track record of achieving results in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment,
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities,
- demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate teams
experience in process development, optimization, and change management.
Responsibilities
- lead and coordinate the operational team to ensure accurate fee setups and timely calculations in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA's),
- oversee daily processes and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service quality and identify areas for improvement,
- develop and implement effective controls and procedures to reduce operational risk and ensure process integrity,
- foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing issues promptly and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery,
- support team growth and engagement by identifying development needs, delivering training, and providing regular coaching and feedback,
- ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
