For our Client, an international and well-recognized brand, we are looking for candidates for the position of (Senior) AP Specialist with English and German. The ideal candidate will be open to joining the SSC structure and actively participating in the standardization and automation of financial processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in AP area or similar,
  • knowledge of SAP system will be a huge asset,
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting or certificate in finance,
  • good knowledge of AP processes,
  • high business culture and communication skills,
  • analytical attitude combined with an orientation to details,
  • willingness to take challenges and new solutions,
  • fluent in English (at least B2) and German (at least B2),
  • experience in migration processes and project improvement will be a huge asset.

Responsibilities

  • processing incoming PO and non-PO invoices, credit notes, and other accounts payable documents,
  • performing AP reconciliations and preparing standard reports such as AP Aging and GR/IR,
  • ensuring timely and accurate execution of payments,
  • updating and maintaining internal process documentation and procedures,
  • providing audit documentation and supporting colleagues as needed,
  • assisting local entities, headquarters, and AP team members with various operational tasks,
  • identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting their implementation,
  • managing end-to-end tasks within the accounts payable process,
  • delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders,
  • proactively identifying issues in daily operations and supporting resolution efforts.
