
Real Estate and Renewables is a strong team of ca. 30 professionals in PwC Poland. We specialize in handling real estate and renewables transactions. We process transactions comprehensively from sell/buy-side consulting, through due diligence, to valuations. Our team is made up of passionate professionals who deal with the biggest players and transactions in the market on a daily basis.
We are looking for:
Senior Consultant / Manager
Your future role:
- Participation in due diligence projects concerning buy-side or sell-side transactions of companies from real estate, construction and renewables sectors,
- Preparation of financial due diligence reports as PowerPoint presentation or/and Excel Databooks,
- Independent analysis of a selected part of financial data and inclusion of findings in the report,
- Analysis of the completeness and quality of data in the VDR,
- Preparation of questions and active participation in meetings with representatives of the "Targets" (CFO, controlling and accounting teams, management board or owners),
- Active participation in determining potential adjustments to key transaction parameters,
- Cooperation with other teams working on a given transaction (tax, legal, M&A, valuation, investment banks),
- Supervision of less experienced colleagues in the team.
Apply if you have:
- 3-5 years of experience in working in advisory teams dealing with financial data analysis (e.g. in the financial due diligence team, financial audit, valuation, financial modeling, restructuring, controlling department), preferably in the real estate, construction, renewables sector and/or in a Big 4 environment,
- Extensive knowledge in corporate finance analysis, controlling and accounting,
- Excellent analytical skills and experience in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to analyze and present data in a meaningful and efficient way,
- Fluency in English and Polish (verbal and written),
- Good communication skills and team player mindset,
- Ability to work independently and organize your work well.
Nice to have:
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, statutory auditor or CFA.
