In this role, you will combine strategic financial oversight with close collaboration with the commercial team, supporting profitability, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements
- higher degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field,
- 5 years of experience in commercial finance, controlling or FP&A,
- knowledge in P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, pricing analysis and OPEX,
- advanced Excel and financial modelling skills,
- knowledge of ERP systems and BI tools,
- proficiency in English at B2+/C1 level,
- analytical mindset and proactive attitude, accuracy, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- partnering with the commercial, finance, accounting, and sales areas to drive financial performance and sustainable growth,
- managing the P&L statement for assigned business clusters, ensuring accuracy and transparency,
- leading the budgeting and forecasting processes in the commercial area,
- providing pricing and margin analysis to support commercial and market decisions,
- monitoring OPEX and identifying cost optimization opportunities,
- preparing monthly financial reports, performance analysis, and variance commentary,
- supporting audit and accounting processes through accurate reconciliations and financial documentation,
- acting as a key user for ERP and BI systems, supporting process optimization and data quality initiatives.
