ABOUT THE ROLE

As a member of Innocap’s End User Computing team, you will collaborate closely with business units and colleagues internationally. Your role blends technical support and application analysis, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional employee experience, and continuous improvement of IT services.

The Senior Analyst, End User Computing primary responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support, providing quick and courteous assistance.
  • Resolve routine software and hardware issues for internal users.
  • Configure, test, and deploy computer and mobile equipment/applications.
  • Support and train users on Microsoft Office 365 and virtual desktops (VDI).
  • Manage hardware, virtual images, and asset inventory.
  • Support access management (Active Directory).
  • Document interventions and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
  • Ensure compliance with IT processes (change, incident, problem, request, configuration management).
  • Promote products and support application users.
  • Participate in integration projects (configuration, testing, deployment).
  • Analyze user-submitted problems and recommend system improvements.
  • Actively contribute to cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives.

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaboration solutions.
  • Experience with virtual desktops (VDI), vendor management, and deployment of complex technology assets.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to transmit knowledge in simple language.
  • Recognized for autonomy, initiative, agility, and proactivity.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Polish is an asset.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, multicultural, and constantly evolving environment.
  • Team player with a “think outside the box” mindset.
  • Values collaboration, excellence, and initiative.

OUR OFFER

  • Full-time contract of employment;
  • City-centre locations next to Sky Tower and flexible working arrangement;
  • Hybrid model of work (2-3 days in the office per week);
  • Working hours: 9:00-17:00; willing to participate in after-hour on-call support on a rotation-basis: 17:00-23:00 EST (in due time).
