
This role will support the Systems of Quality Management (SoQMs) in the CoEs, and includes the performance of monitoring activities, annual inspection preparation, QMSE focused project management and documentation, quality results reporting, and coordination with members of the CoE leadership teams. The role is across the GI CoEs (SEC AFS and EAFS, JBR and IA CoEs), directly supporting and reporting to the CoE Quality Leader.

Your future role:
- Designing, operating and monitoring of controls, including in an environment subject to QMSE (ISQM1),
- Applying Independence rules to complex business scenarios and processes, either locally or on a cross-border basis. For example, the analysis of the permissibility of non-audit services or business relationships,
- Building and managing relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the network, including on a virtual basis,
- Performing testing in support of cyclical Quality Management Reviews,
- Documenting audit trails and testing evidence in a high quality, consistent and thorough way,
- Drafting and reviewing of written reports and analysis in a clear and structured way with high attention to detail,
- Communicating impactfully and managing the needs of diverse global stakeholders.
Apply if you have:
- Several years of experience working in Independence or in an Assurance, Quality Management or Internal Audit role,
- Experience in evaluating risks, designing and implementing controls and performing monitoring and testing,
- Advising on technical independence matters such as non-audit service or business relationship permissibility,
- Familiarity with the Risk platforms in Salesforce (AFS, EAFS, JBR) and the Global Independence Assessment application,
- Knowledge or awareness of the Global Independence CoEs purpose and services.
