
JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to drive and execute the end-to-end logistics strategy for Europe, aiming to deliver excellence in customer service, optimize carbon footprint and costs across all transport operations. It also involves developing capabilities and initiatives to enhance logistics performance over a multi-year horizon, while being accountable for logistics processes, projects, and enablers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct benchmarking and analytics research to support strategic decisions
- Lead cross-functional Continuous Improvement (CI) squads with key stakeholders
- Review KPIs in collaboration with business partners (e.g. 3PLs, carriers, procurement, SU, MCO)
- Follow up on continuous improvement plans with relevant steering teams
- Establish and promote best practices across logistics operations
- Drive internal and external benchmarking and knowledge sharing across markets and hubs
- Support the Reporting team in prioritizing visibility improvement initiatives
- Lead business transformation workstreams to enable long-term logistics excellence
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 – 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations
- Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Clear and impactful communication of analysis and recommendations
- Business acumen and customer-centric mindset
- Ability to extract strategic insights from complex data sets
- Sharp analytical thinking to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Working knowledge of Oracle or equivalent TMS platforms
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement to drive European logistics excellence
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional agility
