
Our Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) Mobility team is a dynamic group of nine individuals stationed across different locations, with management based in Warsaw, Poland. This multicultural team is composed of friendly and experienced professionals.
We are looking for:
Global Mobility Consultant
Your future role:
- Act as a trusted advisor to international candidates, assignees, and mobility sponsors,
- Consult with subject matter experts and local territory contacts to establish complex cross-border arrangements and mobility structures,
- Prepare mobility cost estimates, apply appropriate assignment policies and packages, and make sound decisions,
- Manage assignment life cycles, ensuring consistency across the CEE region and adherence to processes,
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders in Mobility, Human Capital, Tax, and Finance,
- Lead and participate in projects, contribute ideas for efficiency improvements, and oversee third-party vendor management.
Apply, if you have:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in expatriate management (e.g. immigration, international tax, social security, relocation, human capital),
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills in multicultural environments,
- Ability to influence and drive consensus,
- Motivation and time management skills, with capacity to make decisions independently,
- Fluency in English (written and spoken),
- Bachelor’s degree,
- Proficiency in MS Office.
