Requirements
- settlement of cashier reports and verification of sales data accuracy,
- reconciliation of sales with financial and accounting systems as well as payment terminals,
- posting of bank statements and reconciliation of account balances,
- settlement of e-commerce sales and monitoring of incoming,
- payments from sales platforms,
- processing of employee expenses, including business cards and travel expenses,
- preparation and execution of payments to vendors and employees,
- cooperation with the sales and controlling departments in reconciling financial data,
- participation in month-end closing processes and preparation of financial reports,
- collaboration with the customer service and b2b departments.
Responsibilities
- university degree in finance, accounting, or a related field,
- minimum 3 years of experience in accounting,
- proficiency in SAP or another international financial system,
- knowledge of accounting processes, particularly those related to accounts receivable (AR),
- good command of English (minimum B2 level),
- strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and effective communication,
- experience in automation projects will be an advantage.
