Human Resources and Payroll Operations in MSO, PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can playan important rolein supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integratingcutting-edgetechnological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients, as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.

We are looking for:  

HR Compliance & HR Managed Services Manager 

Your future role: 

  • Acquisition and execution of international projects in the HR field, 
  • Pitches initiation and conduction, creation of proposals and strategy papers, team development, and expansion of the company's network, 
  • Accompany projects in HR Compliance - HR audits, HR process optimization and design, and the insourcing and outsourcing of HR processes, including the associated systems and interfaces, 
  • Accompany projects in HR Managed Services - the focus is on taking over payroll using the customer's technology, HR administration projects, and activities of an HR Business Partner, 
  • Take on personnel responsibility, lead international teams professionally, and motivate them to achieve exceptional performance, 
  • Responsibility for the management and control of projects. 

Apply if you have: 

  • University degree in economics, law, HR management, or a comparable course of study, or relevant professional experience following vocational training,
  • 5+ years of experience in the HR field, such as an HR Business Partner, HR operations or payroll team leader,
  • Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written, 
  • Proficiency in German allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written, 
  • High commitment, solution orientation, professionalism in dealing with the clients, 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as well as to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in leading project teams independently and acquiring clients.
