You can playan important rolein supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We are looking for:
HR Compliance & HR Managed Services Manager
Your future role:
- Acquisition and execution of international projects in the HR field,
- Pitches initiation and conduction, creation of proposals and strategy papers, team development, and expansion of the company's network,
- Accompany projects in HR Compliance - HR audits, HR process optimization and design, and the insourcing and outsourcing of HR processes, including the associated systems and interfaces,
- Accompany projects in HR Managed Services - the focus is on taking over payroll using the customer's technology, HR administration projects, and activities of an HR Business Partner,
- Take on personnel responsibility, lead international teams professionally, and motivate them to achieve exceptional performance,
- Responsibility for the management and control of projects.
Apply if you have:
- University degree in economics, law, HR management, or a comparable course of study, or relevant professional experience following vocational training,
- 5+ years of experience in the HR field, such as an HR Business Partner, HR operations or payroll team leader,
- Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,
- Proficiency in German allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,
- High commitment, solution orientation, professionalism in dealing with the clients,
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as well as to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
