Requirements
- fluent in English (at least B2) and Estonian (at least B2) or Latvian (at least B2),
- first experience in similar role such as order managment area, customer care or procurement area or sales support area will be huge asset,
- knowledge of SAP system will be a huge asset,
- higher education,
- high business culture and communication skills,
- analytical attitude combined with an orientation to details.
Responsibilities
- support all aspects of order entry and order management for for Baltic region,
- cration of tickets and service of mailbox,
- ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time, within agreed KPI targets,
- cooperation with Customer Service teams,
- taking care of the quality of the process and its optimization and automotation.
