
Enterprise Managed Services (EMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our domestic and international clients, as we delve into diverse, complex projects and collaborate closely with expert consulting teams to provide comprehensive finance services, including accounting and reporting, tax as well as financial planning & analysis, across various sectors in the region.
We are looking for:
Onboarding Analyst
Your future role:
- Perform comprehensive KYC & AML reviews on institutional clients and assess the profiles,
- Communicate directly, when applicable, with high profile clients,
- Conduct investigative review and analysis in support of the Partner’s KYC/AML regulatory compliance policies and programs,
- Review documentation and information supplied and gathered to determine accuracy and regulatory compliance,
- Determine risk rating and escalate if needed,
- Document Client Due Diligence/Enhanced Due Diligence investigations in written narratives.
Apply if you have:
- University degree,
- 1+ years of experience in onboarding regulated clients, conducting AML/KYC investigations and customer due diligence,
- Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,
- Working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines (e.g. BSA, OFAC, FinCEN guidance),
- Knowledge of institutional business such as ownership structures, beneficial ownership, trust and regulatory requirements,
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements across AML/KYC workflows.
Nice to have:
- Proficiency in German, or French, or Italian allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written.
