Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in accounting area,
- knowledge of SAP or Yardi system will be a huge asset,
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting or certificate in finance such as SWKP,
- knowledge of German GAAP will be huge asset,
- high business culture and communication skills,
- analytical attitude combined with an orientation to details,
- willingness to take challenges and new solutions,
- fluent in English (at least B2) and German (at least B2).
Responsibilities
- independent bookkeeping for property-owning companies in Germany (using SAP FI, Yardi, etc.),
- preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual closings,
- posting incoming invoices, accruals, and provisions,
- handling outgoing payments,
- classifying and posting incoming and outgoing payments,
- preparing reports needed for German VAT declarations,
- posting tenant receivables, accruals, and re-invoicing,
- working with tax advisors, financial controllers, and client accounting teams.
