Human Resources and Payroll Operations in MSO, PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can playan important rolein supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integratingcutting-edgetechnological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients, as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.

We are looking for: 

Payroll Analyst

Your future role: 

  • Execute payroll activities in line with procedures and customer requirements, validate payroll inputfilesand reconcile payroll outputs, support country-specific or year-end processes as needed,
  • Support payroll payment processes -initiating uploads,monitoring rejected payments, manual payments,
  • Monitor timelines for sending payroll inputs and approving payrolls,
  • Handle discovered discrepancies ina timely and accurate manner, communicate any risks to payroll timelines or quality via escalation paths,
  • Handle employee payroll queries with accuracy and empathy, ensure timely follow-up and resolution of helpdesk tickets,
  • Maintain up-to-date helpdesk scenarios and documentation,keep process documentation and knowledge up to date,
  • Cooperate with third-party payroll providers and internal stakeholders,
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and shadowing sessions, actively support quality and process improvement sand suggest enhancements.

Apply if you have: 

  • Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,
  • Practical knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools or Google equivalents,
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly,
  • Ownership mindset and commitment to high-quality work,
  • Ability tomanage tasks independently, work under time pressure and adapt to changing priorities,
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking,
  • Problem-solving attitude and a positive mindset.

Nice to have: 

  • Experience in payroll, HR operations,or finance.
