CEE HC Performance Compensation and Analysis is a regional team supporting 26 territories. We handle various people-related data, manage compensation processes and policies, and adviseand coordinateHR internal audits in Assurance.
We are looking for:
Compensation and Analysis Specialist
(HC Controlling (50%) and reward (50%) senior specialist
Your future role:
- Work with data systems (HC and financials) to understand and interpret HC metrics and HC related financial metrics,
- Contribute solution-oriented thinking and project delivery for compensation topics, including involvement in broader regional initiatives,
- Own and coordinate annual Compensation review for Territories,
- Own and deliver compensation related tasks – salary surveys and compensation analysis,
- Provide reporting support to the HCBP function; this is related to compensation and Workday data.
