We are looking for:
Workday Developer
Your future role:
- Manage the product lifecycle within Workday HCM (Core HCM and Recruiting),
- Develop product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage releases,
- Design and deliver product solutions from concept to end-of-life,
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across cultures and time zones,
- Manage and coach Product Owners within the scrum team,
- Collaborate cross-functionally with system architecture, risk, legal, and operations teams,
- Apply design thinking principles and maintain a customer-first mindset.
Apply if you have:
- A high school diploma,
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in product management or product delivery within Workday or related areas,
- Knowledge of product management processes, including roadmap creation and release management,
- Ability to work independently, plan tasks, and manage stakeholder expectations,
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Nice to have:
- A Bachelor’s degree,
- Certifications such as AIPMM Certified Product Manager or Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO),
- Familiarity with product management tools and agile methodologies.
