For our Client, we are looking for candidates for the position of RTR Process Improvement Expert, who join to RTR team and who have a real impact for process of improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in RTR/General Ledger within an international SSC/GBS or Big 4 environment,
  • university degree in Finance/Accounting; a professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is highly preferred,
  • business acumen & Comprehensive knowledge of the End-to-End (E2E) Record-to-Report process, including closing and complex reporting, and balance sheet integrity, key control implementation, IFRS norms (Hyperinflation accounting is a significant advantage),
  • proven track record in leading external audit processes and ensuring the highest standards of financial integrity and data accuracy,
  • advanced proficiency in SAP and experience with consolidation/reporting tools, passion for driving automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives,
  • fluency in English (written and spoken),
  • exceptional ability to act as a trusted advisor, navigating matrix organizations to ensure cross functional cooperation & networking,
  • demonstrated experience in leading organizational change, process standardization, and large-scale financial transformation projects,
  • strong commitment to upskilling teams, mentoring colleagues, and fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture,
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex compliance requirements into clear, compelling narratives that drive engagement and organizational adherence.

Responsibilities

  • support Group and Local Process Owners in implementing compliance standards, regulations, and frameworks,
  • review and optimize processes to address gaps, risks, and inefficiencies, ensuring global consistency,
  • maintain process documentation, control frameworks, and support automation and digitalization initiatives within RTR,
  • act as lead contact for internal and external audits, ensuring strong ICFR and compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations,
  • ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial and consolidation reporting,
  • serve as subject matter expert for RTR teams, advising on complex and specialized accounting topics (e.g. hyperinflation),
  • collaborate with finance team and auditors, support change management, and drive knowledge transfer,
  • promote continuous improvement, “compliance by design,” and upskill RTR teams through training and mentoring.
