Requirements
- minimum 10 years of experience in senior finance roles, including experience as CFO or Finance Director,
- proven experience in cooperation with PE/VC funds and leading investment processes,
- extensive experience working with banks and deep knowledge of financial instruments,
- strong expertise in international tax, transfer pricing, and cross-border financial structures,
- experience in supporting international expansion and multi-entity operations,
- strong strategic thinking and ability to operate at board level,
- leadership experience in managing and developing finance teams,
- excellent analytical skills and business acumen,
- fluency in English (C1 level or higher).
Responsibilities
- active participation in the Management Board and close strategic partnership with the Owner,
- co-creation and execution of the company’s long-term financial and business strategy,
- managing financing and banking relationships, including covenant compliance,
- leading relationships and negotiations with Private Equity / Venture Capital funds,
- building and maintaining strong partnerships with banks and financial institutions,
- responsibility for international financing projects and cross-border capital structures,
- development and implementation of the Group’s tax strategy, including transfer pricing oversight,
- designing financial and tax structures supporting international market entry,
- financial risk management (currency, credit, liquidity),
- supervision of controlling, financial reporting, and performance management frameworks,
- evaluation of investment projects, profitability analysis, and strategic growth initiatives,
- cooperation with external strategic, tax, and legal advisors in shaping business strategy.
