Requirements
- minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, Industrial Controlling, or Manufacturing Finance within an international organization,
- proven experience working closely with production plants and operational leadership,
- strong understanding of standard costing, manufacturing variances, inventory valuation and cost allocation methodologies,
- advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel (advanced modelling), business Intelligence tools (Power BI) would be an asset,
- ability to operate in a matrix international structure.
Responsibilities
- perform financial planning cycle (budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning) for multiple production plants within the Manufacturing Division,
- act as a Finance Business Partner to Plant Managers and Operations Directors, ensuring alignment between financial targets and operational performance,
- drive analysis of COGS, production costs, standard costing, volume variances, and manufacturing overhead absorption,
- develop and monitor plant-level KPIs (OEE impact, scrap rates, labor efficiency, material variances, capacity utilization),
- perform variance analysis and cost performance reviews across EMEA sites,
- support CAPEX planning and post-investment reviews, including ROI and payback analysis for industrial investments,
- identify and implement process improvements and cost optimization initiatives,
- collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations and Regional FP&A teams to enhance data quality and reporting consistency.
