For our Client, a leading international industrial manufacturing organization, we are seeking an experienced Industrial FP&A Controller to join the finance regional structure. The candidate will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, margin optimization, and financial transparency across the manufacturing division. The company’s office is in Cracow.

Requirements

  • minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, Industrial Controlling, or Manufacturing Finance within an international organization,
  • proven experience working closely with production plants and operational leadership,
  • strong understanding of standard costing, manufacturing variances, inventory valuation and cost allocation methodologies,
  • advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel (advanced modelling), business Intelligence tools (Power BI) would be an asset,
  • ability to operate in a matrix international structure.

Responsibilities

  • perform financial planning cycle (budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning) for multiple production plants within the Manufacturing Division,
  • act as a Finance Business Partner to Plant Managers and Operations Directors, ensuring alignment between financial targets and operational performance,
  • drive analysis of COGS, production costs, standard costing, volume variances, and manufacturing overhead absorption,
  • develop and monitor plant-level KPIs (OEE impact, scrap rates, labor efficiency, material variances, capacity utilization),
  • perform variance analysis and cost performance reviews across EMEA sites,
  • support CAPEX planning and post-investment reviews, including ROI and payback analysis for industrial investments,
  • identify and implement process improvements and cost optimization initiatives,
  • collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations and Regional FP&A teams to enhance data quality and reporting consistency.
