We are looking for:
HR Administration Specialist
Your future role:
- Managing a wide range of HR processes, including onboarding new employees, offboarding terminated employees, administering absences, implementing changes in employment conditions, and ensuring compliance with Labor Code requirements,
- Preparing and issuing employment-related documentation such as employment contracts, amendments, termination notices, and work certificates etc,
- Collecting and managing required HR documents at the onboarding stage, throughout employment, and during termination, ensuring full compliance and accuracy,
- Administering all types of employee leaves in accordance with Labor Law, including calculating holiday entitlement and processing maternity, parental, and unpaid leaves etc,
- Providing HR documentation for clients, including creating, maintaining and updating personnel files and ensuring alignment with current legal regulations,
- Operating HR systems by entering, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of employee data for HR and payroll purposes,
- Preparing mandatory social security documentation, including employee and dependent registrations and deregistration,
- Creating HR statistical reports (e.g., Z‑06, Z‑05, Z‑12) based on HR data,
- Collaborating closely with the payroll team to ensure execution of HR employment related processes,
- Entering contractor data into the payroll system and managing their social security registrations and deregistrations in compliance with applicable regulations,
- Providing high‑quality HR services to multiple clients as part of an outsourcing model.
Apply if you have:
- An university degree,
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration,
- English language allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written (min. B2 level),
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office,
- Attention to details, energetic and proactive approach, team working skills, very good work organization, good interpersonal and communication skills,
- Ability to meet deadlines, set priorities and focus on time-sensitive issues.
