- Build and ensure smooth data flow between teams: agree sources, standards, and cadences so the right information is available at the right time.
- Own cyclical HC reporting (monthly/quarterly views, trends, and forecasts) and prepare succinct, executive‑ready data stories and presentations for HC MSO Leadership.
- Guard data quality by running basic checks, aligning metric definitions, and maintaining lightweight documentation (data dictionary).
- Partner with stakeholders on workforce planning, hiring, and development initiatives—translate business questions into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Continuously improve how we work with people data: simplify, standardize, and automate where it adds value (e.g., Excel/Power Query/Power BI).

- 2–3+ years’ experience in reporting/analytics (preferably HC/People Analytics or adjacent areas).
- Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data preparation and management reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights to non‑technical audiences and leadership.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) and great attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively; proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
- University degree.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX), SQL.
- Prior experience in a corporate environment.
By joining us you gain:
