YOUR TASKS

• Participate (or lead if less complex) in the process and technology transformation projects within Finance, supporting Transformation Consultants and Transformation Managers in successful development of agreed project deliverables for internal as well as for external Clients.
• Participate (or lead if less complex) in projects related to target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS/SSC setup, automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, RPA implementation, transition, training delivery, change management, and similar.
• Apply different process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, DGEM Benchmarking, ESOAR, 5 Senses of Intelligent Automation) to your area of expertise for continuous improvement and transformation purposes.
• Operate at the level of Subject Matter Expert and trusted advisor for clients within the area of expertise. Keep abreast of technological developments, their strengths and weaknesses, and suggest process and technology improvements.
• Act as a Stream Lead or Project Lead (for less complex projects), having full accountability for high quality deliverables. Bear full accountability for project deliverables, conduct Quality Assurance on deliverables from junior team members, and manage/coach the project team.
• Analyze data and information received from clients, utilizing your process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations.
• Under limited supervision of the project manager, make convincing presentations and present ideas persuasively to clients to resolve conflicts and gain buy-in.
• Organize and facilitate client meetings within your business area, driving towards consensus and stakeholder agreement.
• Actively support development of transformational assets and methods; contribute to product development and identify new product opportunities.
• When requested, engage on pursuits, bids, and up-sell opportunities developing impactful content and demonstrating commercial awareness.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in finance transformation (at least 10 years) with strong end-to-end process knowledge within finance (Receivables, Credit to Cash, Order to Cash) and understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO operating models.
• Experience in process design, documentation preparation, and process mapping using tools like Visio, Business Optix, Signavio, Aris (BPMN notation awareness).
• Continuous improvement, client value, and innovation mindset with proven benefits delivered.
• Ability to articulate the business case for change/implementation of recommended solutions.
• Experience in leading project roles, frequent client interactions (workshops, presentations, trainings), and facilitating workshops/meetings.
• Knowledge and experience in at least one of the ERPs: S4H, SAP ECC, or Oracle. Very good understanding/implementation experience of Receivables, Credit to Cash, Order to Cash technologies (Blackline, High Radius, Sarala SaaS Platforms, RPA, Intelligent Automation solutions).
• Fluent spoken and written English.

• Transition and other types of project work experience with client exposure.
• Hands-on experience with S4H environment & S4H implementation programs.
• Process and technology maturity assessment experience.
• Project management certification.
• Relevant domain certification (CIMA, CPA, ACCA, CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, or similar).
