Your Role
We are looking for a Treasury Manager to join a growing and dynamic Treasury team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day cash-related activities and work closely with market teams, finance partners, and external banking institutions. You will contribute to efficient cash positioning, forecasting, and banking operations while supporting the development and optimization of treasury processes in an international environment. This role offers broad exposure to treasury activities, regular collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, and the opportunity to take part in ongoing process improvements and operational projects.
Your Tasks
- Oversee daily cash tasks, including monitoring cash levels, managing short-term liquidity needs, and posting transactions.
- Create and maintain a 12-month daily cash-flow forecast, working closely with finance and market teams.
- Manage banking matters, including inquiries from banks, mandate updates, and user access issues.
- Process and approve manual payments and payment runs, liaising with banks to confirm and track transactions.
- Lead a team, supporting their development, engagement, and day-to-day performance.
- Build positive relationships with banks, external partners, and internal teams; prepare regular and ad hoc reports for stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance Treasury Operations processes.
- Actively contribute to internal knowledge sharing, supporting cross-team collaboration and the company’s wider community initiative.
Your Profile
- At least 9 years of professional experience in Treasury Operations within a global organization.
- Confirmed experience in leading teams, supporting their development and daily performance.
- Extensive knowledge of Cash Management, Banking, and Treasury Operations.
- Proficiency with financial and analytical systems; ability to implement process enhancements and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Mindset characterized by initiative, accountability, detail-focus, analytics, curiosity, and proactive problem-solving.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written (Polish skills are an additional asset).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance or a related field.
