Our Internal Business Application Centre (IBACentre) team offers you the opportunity to support our core business functions by implementing applications that enable more efficient work and the delivery of top-notch services. Our team focuses on managing core and global business applications, ensuring their continuous operation, handling customer relationships, and incidents with precision.

We are looking for:

Junior ServiceNow Developer

Your future role:

  • Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and configurations,
  • Configure and customize core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.),
  • Support customization of ServiceNow modules based on defined requirements,
  • Learn to build and maintain workflows, UI policies, client scripts and other configuration components,
  • Learn to build integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, JDBC, etc.),
  • Learn to implement and maintain security, access controls (ACLs), domain separation and RBAC,
  • Help troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members,
  • Assist in creating and updating documentation such as runbooks and design notes,
  • Collaborate with developers, testers and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions,
  • Create dashboards, reports, performance analytics and metric tracking,
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, performance bottlenecks and bugs.

Apply if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field (or relevant internship/projects),
  • 0–2 years of experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms (internships or training projects are acceptable),
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and willingness to learn Glide scripting and ServiceNow APIs,
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow configuration elements (Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Workflows, Flow Designer) is a plus,
  • Basic knowledge of REST APIs or willingness to learn integrations,
  • Understanding of relational databases and data modelling,
  • Awareness of ITIL/ITSM concepts and best practices,
  • Comfort working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban),
  • Basic exposure to version control systems such as Git,
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail,
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn and collaborate.

Nice to have:

  • ServiceNow certifications in progress or planned (e.g., CSA),
  • Exposure to Service Portal or UI component customization,
  • Scripting experience in other languages (Python, PowerShell) or familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure),
  • Experience with automated tests (ATF),
  • Experience in regulated or security‑sensitive environments,
  • Experience with integrations to CMDB, discovery tools or ITOM modules.
