YOUR TASKS

• Participate in the GBS transformation projects within Finance, supporting Transformation Senior Consultants and Transformation Managers in successful development and delivery of the project deliverables.
• Participate in projects related to: target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS/SSC setup, automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, RPA implementation, transition, training delivery, change management and similar.
• Learn and apply different process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking) for continuous improvement and transformation.
• Participate in Target Operating Model and Process Design workshops, leading different work streams and supporting documentation of agreed solutions and decisions.
• Analyze data and information received from the client to reach conclusions and develop improvement recommendations.
• Interact with client stakeholders and build long-lasting relationships that may result in future opportunities.

YOUR PROFILE

• Understanding of Service Delivery Models (GBS / SSC / BPO / hybrid / BOT etc.).
• General understanding of GBS / SSC service components (BPO/SSC markets and trends, CI, governance model, performance management, organizational structure, contracting, legal aspects, office fit-out, connectivity, IT, back office, visual management, etc.).
• Experience in Project Management (project management certification is an asset) and proven project delivery track.
• General process knowledge: AP / AR / GL / MDM.
• Experience in business transformation projects.
• Knowledge and experience in at least one ERP: S4H, SAP ECC or Oracle (an advantage).
