Your Project

We invite you to join our PMO team. Our team is part of the Application Development and Maintenance Practice in Poland, with headquarters in Wrocław, Poznań and Gdańsk. We are a growing group of specialists for whom Project Management has become a true passion. We support our clients in areas such as financial analysis, administration, process flow control and communication flow control.

Your Tasks

• Supporting the Project Management Office in daily tasks and monitoring time tracking records.
• Assisting in the preparation of project reports, summaries, analyses and presentations.
• Creating and overseeing invoices.
• Managing the workflow of project documentation and archiving documents.
• Providing administrative support for the project.

Your Profile

• Fluency in German (B2) and communicative English (B1).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Diligent, detail-oriented, motivated, disciplined and highly organized.
