The Digital& team at PwC Poland consists of nearly 400 people. We are responsible for IT projects for both Polish and international clients. We carry out a wide range of tasks—from designing, building, and implementing solutions, through developing functional specifications, analyzing data in source systems, to defining business requirements, supporting testing, and creating mobile applications. 

Within the department, we provide IT consulting services, mainly for financial sector institutions in Poland and abroad. 

Your future role:

  • Support the end-to-end product design process to craft engaging and intuitive digital experiences,
  • Develop high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma, ensuring design accuracy and facilitating clear communication with stakeholders and development teams,
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end developers,  architects, and PO/PM, communicating design concepts and gathering requirements to guide product development,
  • Contribute to user research efforts, including user interviews, to continuously improve user-centered design approaches.

Apply if you have:

  • At least 5 years professional experience in product design, ideally as a generalist,
  • A solid understanding of UX process and methodologies, ideally coupled with prior experience defining and creating user stories, user personas and user journey diagrams,
  • Experience creating high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes, coupled with proficiency in Figma is a must,
  • Strong visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy,
  • A solid grasp of data visualization best practices,
  • Exceptional care for detail, clarity and aesthetics,
  • Excellent command of English essential to working on international engagements,
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts, gather requirements, and coordinate development of the product with stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • Experience closely working with dev teams (front-end / back-end developers, solution architects, etc.),
  • Experience conducting user research, including design workshops, user and stakeholder interviews or other live requirements gathering sessions of a similar nature,
  • Experience working in a consulting firm or similar client-facing environment,
  • Hands on experience designing business applications and data analytics driven products,
  • Experience in usability testing and qualitative UX research methods,
  • A ‘growth mindset’ sought after in a fast-moving, digital technologies space,
  • Knowledge of front-end programming basics (HTML, React, Angular, JavaScript.
