We are looking for:

Salesforce Functional Analyst

SalesforceFunctional Analyst position isa partof the1st Line Support Team.  The team in the Warsaw officeisresponsible forongoingdailysupportfor PwC Clientsinareaof Salesforce CRM and Risk.

Your future role: 

  • Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce Users regionally in Central and Eastern Europe (L1S),
  • Manage user profiles, roles, permission sets,
  • Deliver documentation on how to use Salesforce Solution,
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems, escalate and track problems appropriately,
  • Monitor data quality,integrityand user adoption,
  • Manage elevated access requests,
  • Analyze integration issues and data flows
  • Performs special assignments as requested.

Apply if you have: 

  • Knowledge of Salesforce application,
  • At least Bachelor, or Engineering degree in Technology, or related field,
  • Experience in CRM,especially in business process or tools development, data migration, integration,
  • Knowledge of Excel and all MS Office applications very well,
  • Strong communicationand analytical skills,
  • Ability toreasonably estimatethe time for tasks and then meet deadlines set by those estimates; ability toquickly and effectively prioritize multiple requests,
  • Experience in data management, transformation, cleaning, and de-duplication,
  • Understanding relational databases and data integration tools,
  • Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation),
  • Strong communicationand analytical skills,
  • Working independence, as well as part of a team; desire to interact with and help end users,
  • Polish and English fluent. 

Nice to have: 

  • T-SQL experience / basic knowledge.
