For our Client, an international manufacturing company with a well-established market presence, we are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join their Polish Legal Team. This is a senior role with both local and regional scope. The person joining the team will be responsible for legal and compliance matters in Poland, as well as providing high-quality, business-focused support to other legal teams across the North-Eastern Europe region. This role also leads compliance initiatives in Poland, ensuring effective controls, policy implementation, and investigations.

Requirements
- law degree and admission to practice in Poland; admission in additional jurisdictions is a plus,
- 8+ years of experience in-house and/or at a top-tier law firm,
- expertise in commercial, corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters,
- experience managing cross-border legal issues and investigations,
- excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills,
- fluency in English and Polish.
Responsibilities
- provide proactive legal advice and support to business stakeholders across the region,
- draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and transactions,
- manage corporate governance, filings, and litigation matters,
- develop and deliver policies, training, and compliance programs,
- oversee external counsel and legal budgets,
- lead compliance activities in Poland, including investigations and controls.
