Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Learning & Development or similar role, preferably in an industrial or production environment,
  • strong understanding of operational or manufacturing environments,
  • proven ability to design and deliver training programs end-to-end,
  • high level of initiative, independence, and creativity,
  • strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills,
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment,
  • good command of English (written and spoken),
  • experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean) - nice to have,
  • exposure to multi-skilling or workforce development initiatives - nice to have,
  • hands-on collaboration with operational or production teams - nice to have,
  • relevant certifications in Learning & Development or training delivery - nice to have.

Responsibilities

  • design and deliver engaging internal training programs (technical, process-oriented, and competency-based),
  • develop and implement structured knowledge transfer initiatives across teams and experience levels,
  • support cross-functional collaboration and capability building across departments,
  • create and maintain competency frameworks and skills matrices,
  • partner with managers and subject-matter experts to identify development needs,
  • design and roll out leadership development initiatives for supervisors and managers, focusing on: individual growth and development planning, team leadership and performance management, communication and feedback culture, employee engagement, collaboration across functions, change management and problem-solving,
  • contribute to building a strong leadership culture centered on accountability, quality, and people development,
  • promote a continuous learning mindset and knowledge-sharing culture,
  • facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and internal learning events,
  • explore and implement innovative and practical learning solutions.
