YOUR ROLE

As an integral part of Capgemini’s Finance Powered by Intelligent Automation Consulting (FPIA) Team, you will help guide our Clients towards large-scale transformations using automation and technology solutions at the very forefront of innovation in C2C area. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of business operations at large and will take responsibility for fine-tuning and orchestrating technology-enabled transformation projects.

YOUR TASKS

  • Participate in the process and technology transformation projects within Finance, supporting Transformation Senior Consultants and Transformation Managers in successful development and delivery of the project deliverables
  • Participate in projects related to: target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC set up, automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, RPA implementation, transition, training delivery, change management and similar
  • Be part of projects for external Clients as well as internal Capgemini Business Services engagements
  • Operate as a Subject Matter Expert and trusted advisor for clients within the area of expertise
  • Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking) for continuous improvement and transformation
  • Act as a Stream Lead or Project Lead for less complex projects, with accountability for high-quality deliverables
  • Own selected deliverables such as documentation of process challenges, improvements, benefits, and future operating models
  • Participate in Target Operating Model and Process Design workshops, supporting documentation of solutions and decisions
  • Prepare final deliverables such as business requirements, solution documents, technical designs, and benchmarking reports

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven experience in finance transformation (at least 7 years) with strong end-to-end process knowledge (Receivables, Credit to Cash, Order to Cash) and understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO models
  • Experience in process design and documentation
  • Experience in process mapping tools (Visio, Business Optix, Signavio, Aris or similar) with BPMN knowledge
  • Continuous improvement and innovation mindset with proven results
  • Ability to clearly present recommended solutions
  • Experience in project work with frequent client interaction (workshops, presentations, trainings)
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings
  • Knowledge of at least one ERP system: S4H, SAP ECC or Oracle
  • Understanding of Receivables / C2C / O2C technologies (Blackline, High Radius, SaaS platforms, RPA, Intelligent Automation)
  • Fluent spoken and written English
