Requirements
- experience in full-cycle recruitment - minimum 3 years required - with a solid understanding of recruitment processes and market specifics within at least one of the following areas: IT, SSC/BPO, accounting & finance, or engineering,
- experience in an international or global recruitment environment will be considered a strong advantage,
- fluent English (C1 level), both written and spoken,
- ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles across different functions and seniority levels, from sourcing to offer stage,
- partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies,
- source and engage with top talent globally using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals),
- screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet both role-specific requirements and cultural fit expectations,
- drive an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process,
- collaborate with international teams to align recruitment efforts with global business objectives.
