For our Client, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to work in an international environment, drive recruitment initiatives across multiple regions, and make a real impact on the company’s global growth.

Requirements

  • experience in full-cycle recruitment - minimum 3 years required - with a solid understanding of recruitment processes and market specifics within at least one of the following areas: IT, SSC/BPO, accounting & finance, or engineering,
  • experience in an international or global recruitment environment will be considered a strong advantage,
  • fluent English (C1 level), both written and spoken,
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles across different functions and seniority levels, from sourcing to offer stage,
  • partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies,
  • source and engage with top talent globally using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals),
  • screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet both role-specific requirements and cultural fit expectations,
  • drive an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process,
  • collaborate with international teams to align recruitment efforts with global business objectives.
