YOUR PROJECT

As a R2R Junior Manager you will be expected to operate at the level of Subject Matter Expert for the client-specific application of processes. You will focus on complex transactions, resolving issues, and ensuring that processes and controls are executed as agreed.
You will be expected to understand the business context of analyzed data, draw insights, and make recommendations to deliver valuable outcomes to the client. Additionally, you will drive process improvement through technology-related tools within your area of expertise.

YOUR PROFILE

• Over 6 years of experience in Finance R2R area.
• Fluent level of English.
• Accounting process knowledge.
• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Multitasking, attention to detail, and ability to organize your work according to procedures.

YOUR TASKS

• Reviewing and approving complex General Ledger journals, accruals, provisions, allocations, and other entries according to the schedule.
• Initiating complex accounting entries based on non-standard events and accounting rules.
• Reconciling high-risk balance sheet accounts and reviewing medium/high-risk reconciliations.
• Monitoring fixed assets transactions and budgets, and contacting asset owners.
• Reviewing bank statement reconciliations.
• Monitoring intercompany reconciliation status.
• Monitoring Period End Close progress and interacting (and escalating if required) with client Finance Controllers or Process Owners.
• Handling queries and escalations from client stakeholders and interacting with auditors if required.
