  • Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, DGEM, ESOAR) to drive continuous improvement
  • Prepare and own project deliverables: document process challenges, improvements, benefits, business requirements, solution designs, and benchmarking reports
  • Support data gathering and analysis to identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations to clients
  • Stay updated on technological developments and suggest technology-related improvements
  • Build knowledge of Capgemini’s market-leading assets and methods (DGEM, S4 transformation, ESOAR, RPA technologies)

Your profile

  • At least 3 years of experience with P2P processes (Accounts Payable, Master Data, Payments, T&E)
  • Experience in process documentation, including flows, narratives, operating procedures, and control frameworks
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation mindset with relevant experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ready for project-based work with frequent client interactions (occasional business travel required)

  • Proactive and self-reliant, able to work with limited supervision
  • Fluent in spoken and written English

Preferred:

  • Experience with transition projects and client-facing work
  • Process mapping experience in Visio, Business Optix, Signavio, or similar, including BPMN notation
  • Experience conducting or participating in workshops and meetings with 5+ participants
