This role is responsible for leading the controlling function within the organization, ensuring high-quality financial planning, reporting and business analysis. The position combines strategic leadership with operational involvement in key financial processes and close partnership with senior management to support data-driven decision making.

Requirements
- university degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field,
- English - B2/C1 level,
- strong experience in controlling within an international manufacturing environment,
- solid knowledge of financial reporting and IFRS standards,
- strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into business insights,
- experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel,
- familiarity with BI tools,
- leadership capabilities and a results-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- leading the 2-3 FTE team and controlling area,
- managing financial closings per IFRS and Local GAAPs,
- delivering management reports according to Group standards,
- leading budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections,
- analyzing cost structures and recommending corrective actions,
- evaluating profitability to support operational teams,
- providing strategic insights for business decision-making,
- optimizing ERP and BI systems for better reporting,
- implementing AI and RPA tools to automate finance workflows,
- supporting transfer pricing and related documentation,
- coordinating external, tax, and internal audits,
- performing advanced financial and investment evaluations.
