Cloud Data Engineer (Snowflake)

YOUR TEAM

Insights & Data delivers state-of-the-art data solutions. Our expertise primarily lies in Cloud & Big Data engineering, where we develop robust systems capable of processing extensive and complex datasets using specialized cloud data services across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

We oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), leveraging ETL tools, programming in Python, Scala, or Java, and adopting DevOps best practices. Processed data is made available through APIs, outbound interfaces, or visualized via reports and dashboards.

Within our AI Center of Excellence, we also deliver Data Science and Machine Learning projects focused on Generative AI, NLP, Anomaly Detection, and Computer Vision.

YOUR TASKS

• Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake data pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement scalable solutions
• Optimize data models and schemas for performance
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security
• Implement monitoring and alerting systems
• Plan and execute migration from on-prem data warehouses to Snowflake
• Develop AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions
• Stay updated on Snowflake best practices and emerging technologies

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Big Data or Cloud projects (including at least 1 year with Snowflake)
• Understanding of Snowflake pricing and cost optimization
• Experience in designing and implementing data transformation pipelines
• Familiarity with Snowflake security model
• Practical knowledge of at least one Public Cloud platform (storage, compute, networking, DevOps)
• Basic knowledge of SQL and one programming language (Python / Scala / Java / Bash)
• Very good command of English
