YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Transition Manager, you will support the Transition Program Manager in delivering complex global transition programs. You will take ownership of specific workstreams within large-scale projects, ensuring smooth execution of transition activities and alignment with transformation objectives. This role requires strong project management skills, deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to manage stakeholders across multiple geographies.

YOUR TASKS

• Workstream Leadership: Lead assigned transition workstreams within multi-country and multi-tower programs.
• Governance Support: Contribute to program governance by ensuring compliance with methodologies and reporting standards.
• Execution Excellence: Deliver transition activities on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Knowledge Transfer & Ramp-up: Coordinate knowledge transfer sessions and ramp-up activities for operational readiness.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks and issues early, propose mitigation plans, and escalate when necessary.
• Status Reporting: Prepare detailed progress reports for your workstreams and support overall program reporting.

YOUR PROFILE

• Solid experience in Business Process Transitions and project management.
• Familiarity with transition and transformation models (Lift-and-Shift, BTO, TaaS).
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in international environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree required; project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems or transition tools is an advantage.
