For our client SaaS Software, with annual turnover of more than 20 mln EUR, one of the leader in its industry we are looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Head of Growth to own and scale our end-to-end growth engine. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue expansion for our client’s SaaS platform serving financial services and finance & accounting teams.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, sales, and data, with full ownership of the growth strategy and execution across the funnel.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of professional experience including such roles like Head of Growth or Chief Operating Officer in SaaS industry,
  • proven track record of scaling revenue and user acquisition,
  • experience with Finance, Accounting, or FinTech products is strongly preferred,
  • strong understanding of both sales-led and product-led growth models,
  • deep analytical mindset with strong command of growth metrics,
  • excellent leadership skills including experience in management of 15FTE+ Teams,
  • readiness to business travelling up to 30% of time.
Responsibilities
  • define and execute a holistic growth strategy aligned with company revenue targets,
  • build and manage a multi-layered growth organization including managers,
  • identify high-impact growth opportunities across channels and product experience,
  • build, lead, and mentor a cross-functional growth team,
  • scale inbound and outbound acquisition channels (SEO, SEM, content, paid media, partnerships),
  • develop and refine ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and buyer personas,
  • partner closely with product to improve onboarding, activation, and user engagement,
  • develop upsell and cross-sell strategies (e.g., additional modules, seats, integrations).
