Your role

We are looking for a dynamic and inspiring Team Leader to manage and support our team of Executive Assistants. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about driving team performance and engagement.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, setting clear goals, coaching team members, and ensuring high-quality support to our executives. You will also play a key role in coordinating projects, preparing reports, and creating impactful presentations.

Your tasks

  • Create an inspiring team environment with a culture of open communication and trust.
  • Set clear objectives and performance goals for the team.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and manage deadlines.
  • Monitor team performance and report on key metrics.
  • Motivate and support team members in their development.
  • Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Coordinate various projects in partnership with Executives.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and other tools.
  • Conduct market research and gather business intelligence.
  • Create professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.

Your profile

  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in a team leadership roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Positive, approachable, and proactive personality.
  • Experience in executive support or business services.
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2/C1 level).
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in a relevant field.
