Your role
As a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist, you will lead a team of FP&A professionals and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the organization. In this highly visible leadership position, you will drive analytical excellence, ensure accuracy of financial deliverables, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. You will guide the team through complex analyses, foster continuous improvement, and strengthen the overall FP&A framework.
Your tasks
- Lead and develop the FP&A team, including setting priorities, managing workloads, coaching analysts, and building analytical capabilities.
- Oversee monthly reporting cycles and forecasting (P&L, Cash Flow, Capex), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Review and approve performance reports with clear commentary and variance analysis.
- Drive strategic financial planning, including budgets, long-term plans, and forecasts.
- Provide financial insights, scenario modelling, and decision support for senior stakeholders.
- Improve analytical frameworks, processes, and reporting efficiency.
- Act as a key advisor to senior management, translating data into recommendations.
Your profile
- 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or reporting, including team leadership.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (certifications are a plus).
- Good command of English.
- Experience with SAP and advanced Excel models.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and problem-solving approach.
- Nice to have: FMCG/CPG experience, Power BI/Tableau, GAAP knowledge.
