The C2C CoE team at PwC Poland supports business managers from the initial idea stage, through client negotiations, all the way to the successful completion of a project. We help structure and organize managers’ work, assess project profitability, provide guidance in client interactions, oversee documentation, and track down forgotten contracts.

As an internal PwC team, we ensure that collaborative work is allocated and charged fairly, and that no one is left alone to navigate the maze of systems and procedures.

We are looking for:

Billing Analytics & Automation Specialist

 

Your future role:

  • Analyse team workflows, identify repetitive activities and propose automation solutions to streamline reporting and day-to-day operations,
  • Design and develop reports, dashboards and analytical solutions in Power BI to support business and financial process insights,
  • Build data models and reporting structures that address business users’ needs,
  • Analyse end-to-end processes and identify dependencies, inconsistencies and areas for improvement,
  • Develop data transformation and processing workflows using Power Query and M language,
  • Partner with business teams to define reporting requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions,
  • Present analytical findings through data storytelling and communicate insights in a clear and business-friendly manner,
  • Ensure the quality, consistency and continuous development of data sources used for reporting and analysis,
  • Proactively recommend new KPIs, reports and analytical solutions that improve organisational efficiency.

Apply if you have:

  • Experience in developing reports and dashboards in Power BI,
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to effectively analyse large datasets,
  • Experience in data modelling and a strong understanding of relationships between business data,
  • Knowledge of Power Query and M language,
  • The ability to identify patterns, dependencies and trends in data and translate findings into actionable recommendations,
  • Experience in analysing business processes from a data-driven perspective,
  • A strong interest in data analytics and modern technologies supporting reporting and decision-making,
  • The ability to communicate analytical insights effectively through data storytelling,
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, attention to detail and a focus on data quality,
  • Fluent communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AI-based solutions,
  • Experience working with SQL,
  • Experience in business process analysis and optimisation,
  • Experience implementing reporting or operational process automation,
  • The ability to identify opportunities where data and automation can increase team efficiency.
