Finance Master Data Analyst (m/f)

Requirements

• university degree or in the course of study with a major in Economics, Finance or Accounting,
• 2+ years of experience in simmilat area,
• high interpersonal and communication skills,
• attention to detail and thoroughness,
• very good command of English and knowledge of other languages will be an asset, 
• knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managed end-to-end Finance Vendor Master Data processes in SAP, including vendor creation, maintenance, updates, and deactivation, ensuring high data quality and supporting accurate financial transactions.
• Maintained vendor master records in compliance with finance governance, internal controls, and company policies to ensure the integrity of financial and procurement processes.
• Validated supplier documentation and master data to support finance operations, payment processing, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
• Performed vendor blocking and unblocking activities, minimizing financial and operational risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborated with Accounts Payable, Treasury, Procurement, Tax, Controlling, and Compliance teams to resolve master data issues impacting financial operations and supplier payments.
• Supported financial process efficiency by monitoring master data quality, performing root cause analysis, and driving continuous process improvements.
• Prepared KPI reports, maintained process documentation, and supported internal and external audits by ensuring accurate, compliant, and audit-ready finance master data.
