Country Finance Senior Specialist

Country Specialist Role will support Country Controllers in related activities with 3rd party Accounting & Service provider in all aspects of GL, IVPC, BA, fixed assets ensuring the preparedness of accurate financial reports according to compliance with company policies and procedures. Position will be responsible for several legal entities across EMEA.

Your responsibilities

• Accounts Reconciliations – rolling verification;
• Ownership of remediation for unreconciled items for entites in charge;
• Balance Sheet Review meetings – leading;
• TB Validation – review and analysis;
• Support for Audit and Statutory Account preparation;
• Review, validate and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in coordination with GPL (Global Process Lead);
• Interface with AP 3rd party Accounting & Service provider;
• Ad Hoc analysis.

Our requirements

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, and/or CPA;
• 5 years of Finance and/or Accounting experience combined with participation in audits;
• Experience with system implementation;
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP;
• Strong project management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams;
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Solid communication skills;
• English C1, Polish B2.
