In business partnering at PwC, you will focus on strategic consulting with business stakeholders, advising on people strategies, policies and programmes to achieve current and future business objectives and overcome people related challenges. You will work collaboratively with the wider HR team to shape the Firm’s people strategy and priorities based on their understanding of the business as well as influence the business alignment with and adoption of firmwide direction.

Human Capital Business Partners at PwC Poland is a team of 20 specialists. We work closely with people on a daily basis, supporting them in our corporate employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee evaluation, promotions to key positions in the company, and the salary increase process. We constantly collaborate with Competence Centers, Recruitment, Employer Branding, and Personnel Controlling. Our commitment is where our organization needs it.

We are looking for:  

HC Business Partner for the MSO Team

Your future role:

  • Providing operational HR support and guidance to Team Leaders in day-to-day people-related matters. 
  • Coordinating selected LDE (Leadership Development Experience) processes, including goal setting, performance evaluation, salary review, talent review and budgeting, in cooperation with the HC Business Partner. 
  • Cooperating with Personnel and Finance Controlling in preparing forecasts, verifying budgets and ensuring the quality of workforce data, including headcount, joiners and leavers. 
  • Providing HR advice to the business and supporting Team Leaders in applying HR policies and procedures. 
  • Cooperating closely with other HC Business Partners and teams within the Human Capital function. 
  • Coordinating employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, contract-related matters, and offboarding. 
  • Preparing reports, analysis, summaries, and presentations for Human Capital projects and the dedicated business unit, including recommendations based on available data. 
  • Supporting the HR onboarding and development of new teams within Managed Services Operations. 
  • Conducting HR data analysis in the areas of salaries, benefits and employee data, identifying trends, and drawing conclusions relevant to the business. 
  • Preparing and presenting employee engagement survey results, recommending follow-up actions, and supporting Team Leaders in monitoring their implementation. 
  • Supporting performance management processes, including providing guidance to Team Leaders and coordinating development or performance improvement actions. 
  • Participating in HC projects and process improvement initiatives, with responsibility for independently delivering assigned workstreams. 
  • Ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of administrative activities related to HR processes.

Apply if you have:

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in an HR Business Partner team or a comparable HR advisory role. 
  • Proven experience in coordinating performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluation, reward reviews and development actions, preferably in a large-scale organization. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and provide guidance to Team Leaders. 
  • Experience in managing diverse business stakeholders and translating their needs into practical HR solutions. 
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of business objectives and identify how HR processes and decisions impact the business. 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets, identify trends, draw conclusions, and formulate recommendations. 
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel and are skilled in preparing clear, business-oriented presentations in PowerPoint. 
  • Problem-solving skills, sound judgement, and the ability to independently manage assigned HR topics. 
  • Are proactive, well-organized and able to identify opportunities for improving HR processes. 
  • Very good command of English, used in day-to-day work. 
  • Good knowledge of Polish labour law and employee-related processes.
  • Strong proficiency in using new technologies and AI‑based tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).
