In the role of Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for timely and accurate performance of the recruitment related tasks according to the project deadlines and to the expected quality. The person will also interact with Candidates on a daily basis via phone and email, as well as work on resolving recruitment related requests and cooperate with other recruitment team members.

• Maintaining accurate data in the internal recruitment system
• Tracking candidates' applications into the internal recruitment system
• Being the first point of contact for all candidates
• Prescreening of candidates’ applications
• Scheduling phone interviews with candidates
• Performing other administrative tasks related to the recruitment process

• Very good knowledge of English
• motivation for development in HR/recruitment area would be a great asset
• Customer focus and excellent communication skills are essential
• Good organizational skills, attention to details
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach
