For our Client, an innovative company which is launching their SSC in Katowice we are looking for Finance SSC Lead to join the newly established SSC in Katowice.


While working at this position you will be responsible for management of team leads and teams – preparing targets, delegating tasks, motivating, coaching, supervise team leads and team’s day to day operational activities
Support Month end, quarterly, and year end book close and audit support. In your scope of duties will be also to execute the strategic goals and targets provided to shared services center staff by management by monitoring, managing, confirming, and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the services offered. Utilize quality leadership principles to gather data, analyze problems, identify root causes, develop solutions, and measure performance will be also in your scope. On a daily basis you will report to the SSC Lead Europe


An ideal Candidate will need to be self-motivated individual with ideally minimum 8 years of  finance experience, including leadrishp positions. Successful candidate must have the maturity and ability to work on own initiative in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality of work and effective working relationships with both internal and external customers. Additional qualification in the finance & accounting area (statutory auditor, certified auditor, charterd accountant etc.) is preferred. 

We are looking for Candidates with fluency in English. Proficiency in SAP as well as Excel are strongly preferred.
