Customer Support Executive, Data and Applications
YOU AND YOUR TEAM:
Join a team of 30 colleagues located in Gdynia and directly support customers from the financial industry speaking English, Polish and Russian. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries in close cooperation with teams globally.
WHY IS THIS JOB IMPORTANT?
You will be the first point of contact for customers, shaping their experience in terms of product functionality and financial data and becoming advocate of their needs.
SOME OF DAILY TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM:
- Offer expert advice on Thomson Reuters applications over phone and e-mail
- Respond to and resolve data and functionality queries
- Update customers on case progress in a timely manner
- Continuously improve your product and market knowledge
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
- Fluent English, Polish and Russian
- Strong client communication skills
- Logical and analytical skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop
